Our role
BUSINESS CONN AND COMM is a private business-services provider. We are not a government department and we are not affiliated with CIPC, SARS, the Compensation Fund or any other authority. We assist clients with preparing, submitting and administering their own applications and documents.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and lawful information and documentation. Delays or rejections caused by incorrect or outstanding information are outside our control.
Quotations and fees
Fees are confirmed in a written quotation before work begins. Third-party or statutory fees, where applicable, are additional and are quoted separately.
Turnaround times
We work as efficiently as possible, but timeframes that depend on external authorities or providers are indicative and cannot be guaranteed.
Intellectual property
Design work becomes yours to use once the agreed fee has been paid in full. This website's content, layout and branding remain our property.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
